摘要目的 探讨茯苓泽泻汤对肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及胰岛细胞功能的影响。方法 回顾性分析2016年12月～2019年12月就诊于滦平县中医院的86例2型糖尿病患者临床资料，按照治疗方法分为对照组（43例）与观察组（43例）。对照组采用盐酸二甲双胍片治疗，观察组采用盐酸二甲双胍片联合茯苓泽泻汤治疗。治疗2周后，比较两组的糖脂代谢水平[空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h 血糖（2 h PBG）、三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）]及胰岛β细胞功能[胰岛素分泌指数（HOMA-β）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）]。结果 两组治疗后的FBG、2 h PBG、TG、TC 低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后的HOMA-β 高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后的HOMA-IR、FINS低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者采用茯苓泽泻汤可有效提高胰岛β细胞功能，调节糖脂代谢功能。
Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Fuling Zexie Decoction on glucose and lipid metabolism and islet cell function in type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of kidney yin.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes in Luanping County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2016 to December 2019 and divided into the control group (43 cases) and the observation group (43 cases) according to the treatment method.The control group was treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Fuling Zexie Decoction.After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism (fasting blood glucose [FBG],2 hours′ postprandial blood glucose[2 h PBG],triglyceride [TG],total cholesterol [TC]) and pancreatic β-cell function (homeostasis model assessment of β-cell function [HOMA-β],homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance [HOMA-IR],fasting serum lisulin[FINS]) were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FBG,2 h PBG,TG,TC of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The HOMA-β after treatment in the two groups weas higher than that before treatment,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The HOMA-IR and FINS of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of Fuling Zexie Decoction in patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the function of pancreatic islet β cells and regulate glucose and lipid metabolism.
