Abstract：Objective To study the value of Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets+Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods Sixty children with pediatric diarrhea admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to August 2018 were selected.They were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group.The study group was given Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets+Montmorillonite Powder.The control group was given Montmorillonite Powder alone.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The time of disappearance of vomiting, abdominal pain and fever in the study group, as well as the time of dehydration correction, and the recovery of stool appearance were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%, P<0.05) ; the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.67%, and there was no significant difference compared with the 13.33% in the control group (P＞0.05).Conclusion Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets+Montmorillonite Powder is effective in the treatment of diarrhea in children, which can shorten the treatment time, promote the disappearance of related symptoms, enhance the therapeutic effect, avoid adverse reactions,and have high safety.
