Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sitting bath combined with Nifuratel Nystatin Vaginal Soft Capsules in the treatment of mildew vaginitis caused by damp heat typemould

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sitting bath combined with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft capsules in the treatment of mildew vaginitis caused by damp heat typemould.Methods Sixty patients with damp heat typemould mildew vaginitis admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group(30 cases) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with 3% Sodium Bicarbonate solution to rinse the vaginal orifice, and intravaginal Nifefuratel Nystatin Vaginal Soft Capsules once a day, once a day,once a capsule.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sitting bath on the basis of the control group, twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, 20-30 minutes each time.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups after 3 courses of treatment were compared, and the recurrence of the two groups after 3 months of treatment was compared.Results After three courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the follow-up rate of both groups was 100.0%.The recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.7%, which was lower than 23.3% of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sitting bath combined with Nifuratel Nystatin Vaginal Soft Capsules in the treatment of mildew vaginitis with damp heat typemould is remarkable, which can reduce the recurrence rate and is worthy of popularization and application.
