Abstract:Objective To study the clinical application value of early nursing interventions of intestinal probiotics in infants with eczema. Methods A total of 60 children with eczema treated in our hospital from January to June in 2016 were selected as the research object and were divided into the study group and the control group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method. The study group was treated with intestinal probiotics, while the control group was treated with routine therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result The disappearance time of symptoms in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The early nursing interventions of intestinal probiotics can improve the clinical effect, promote their fast recovery, reduce the recurrence rate and increase the clinical safety.
