Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comfortable nursing interventions in the continuous gastrointestinal decompression for severe pancreatitis patients.Methods A total of 54 patients with severe pancreatitis treated from January 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into study group and control group,27 cases in each group.The study groups was adopted the comfortable nursing interventions and the control group was adopted conventional nursing care,respectively.The clinical effect was observed between two groups.Results Before intervention,the comfort level for two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05);after 3 d and 1 week of intervention,the comfort scores for study group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);before intervention,the POMS points for two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of tension,anger,fatigue,depression and confusion for study group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the scores of energy and individual emotions for study group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfortable nursing intervention has an obvious effect in the continuous gastrointestinal decompression,increases their comfort level,maintains the favorable doctor-patient relationship and improves the clinical prognosis.
