Abstract:Objective To explore the curative effect of exercise therapy combined with Insulin Lispro in treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From August 2015 to July 2017,80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Insulin Lispro,while the observation group was treated with exercise therapy based on the control group.Both groups were examined before and 3 months after treatment.The fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),Glycated albumin(GA),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),body mass index(BMI)and 6 minutes walk test were compared.Results The FPG,2 h PG,GA,HbA1c,TC,TG and BMI after treatment in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The 6-minute walking test after treatment in observation group was higher than those before treatment,and the rise in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TC,TG,BMI and 6-minute walking test between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Insulin Lispro and exercise therapy can reduce blood glucose levels,ease blood lipid disorders,loss weight,improve exercise capacity,reduce complications and reduce cardiovascular disease risk.
