Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bifid triple viable bacteria combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of acute enteritis.MethodsEighty-eight patients with acute enteritis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with Bifid triple viable bacteria combined with Montmorillonite Powder,while the control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder.The serum biochemical indexes,total effective rate and symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of Procalcitonin (PCT),interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of diarrhea,vomiting,abdominal pain and total symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Bifid triple viable bacteria combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of acute enteritis clinical effect is significant,can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,improve the treatment effect of patients,improve the symptoms of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
