Abstract:Objective To study the effect of simultaneous removal of one-stage tumors and hyperplastic prostates treating superficial bladder cancer with prostatic hyperplasia. Methods All of 41 patients superficial bladder cancer with prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were divided into the observation group(n=21)and control group (n=20)by the random number table method. The observation group was given simultaneous removal of one-stage tumors and prostates, while the control group was given simple electrosurgical treatment of bladder tumors. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the IPSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the residual urine flow was less than that of the control group, and the maximum urine flow rate was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group(4.76%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(30.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Simultaneous removal of one-stage tumors and hyperplastic prostates treating superficial bladder cancer with prostatic hyperplasia can relieve the lower urinary tract obstruction and reduce the recurrence rate obviously.
