Abstract：Objective To study on the value of perioperative nursing cooperation in small incision thyroid surgery with endoscopy and ultrasound scalpel.Methods A total of 52 patients who underwent thyroid surgery from December 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the experimental group was given perioperative nursing care.The total degree of nursing satisfaction,anxiety score(SAS),depression score(SDS),operation time,hospitalization time,pain score,and the incidence rate of complication between the two groups were compared.Results The total degree of nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The pain score and the incidence rate of complication in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of perioperative nursing cooperation in small incision thyroid surgery with endoscopy and ultrasound scalpel can effectively improve patients′negative emotions and improve patients′nursing satisfaction,which is safe and effective,and has clinical application value.
