Abstract:Objective To explore the significance of MIF gene polymorphism in patients with ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods All of 146 patients with CIS who treated in Mudanjiang Medical School Affiliated Hongqi hospital and 143 healthy persons who examined in the physical examination center were selected as object of study from December 2017 to November 2018.They were divided into stroke group and healthy group. The genotype and allele frequency of MIF-173 G/C polymorphic loci were compared between the two groups. Results In terms of genotype analysis results of MIF-173 G/C polymorphic loci, the GG gene frequency of stroke group was lower than that of healthy group, and the CC gene frequency was higher than that of healthy group. In terms of the frequency comparison results of mif-173 g/C allele, the frequency of MIF-173 G/C allele G in the stroke group was lower than that in the healthy group, and the frequency of allele C was higher than that in the healthy group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion People with MIF-173CC have a higher risk of stroke, and allele C increases the risk of stroke.
