Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of aneurysm clipping and endovascular embolization of coil tumors operation in the treatment of high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods A total of 110 patients with highgrade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage treated in our hospital from September 2016 to February 2018 were selected and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random digital table method, there were 55 cases in each group. The two groups were given with conventional subarachnoid hemorrhage treatment. On this basis, patients in the control group were treated by the aneurysm clipping operation, while patients in the observation group were treated by the endovascular embolization of coil tumors operation. After 3 months of treatment, the incidence of complications were recorded and compared between the two groups. The Glasgow prognosis scale(GOS)was used to evaluate the efficacy and prognosis of the two groups. Results The good prognosis rate of the observation group was 54.55%,which was higher than that of the control group(38.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in GOS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment, the GOS scores of both groups decreased, and the scores of observation group were lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The main complications of the two groups were rebleeding, hydrocephalus and cerebral vasospasm. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 16.36%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.93%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aneurysm clipping and endovascular embolization of coil tumors operation in the treatment of high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage can achieve certain therapeutic effect, but the total incidence of complications after endovascular embolization of coil tumors operation is lower, with higher safety and better curative effect.
