Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Leech Powder in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine prevention,the study group were treated with Leech Powder on the basis of routine prevention.The blood hematovascular pseudohemophilia factor(vWF),platelet alpha-granule membrane protein 140(GMP-140)levels,neurological deficit scores,life state scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The blood vWF level,neurological deficit score and living ability score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total treatment effective rate(84.0%[21/25])was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.0%[18/25]),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of GMP-140 after treatment between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Leech Powder has significant effect in the treatment of neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction.
