Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of responsibility system nursing on functional rehabilitation and daily living habits of patients with ischemic stroke (CIS). Methods A total of 80 cases with CIS admitted in our hospital from September 2017 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group(40 cases). The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received responsibility nursing. All patients were followed up for 3 months. The neurological function recovery and Barthel index changes of quality of life in the two groups after the intervention were compared. The smoking and drinking habits, high fat diet and high salt diet and other bad living habits of the subjects after the intervention were counted, and the gross motor function evaluation scores of the two groups after the intervention were analyzed. Results The European stroke score (ESS) and Barthel index score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence rates of smoking and drinking, high fat diet and high salt diet in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The gross motor function score of the observation group after 3 months was higher than that of the pre-intervention and control groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with CIS, the implementation of responsibility system nursing can effectively improve the neurological function of patients, improve the quality of life, reduce bad eating habits, and promote the recovery of motor function.
