Clinical effect of the combination of Chorionic Gonadotropin and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin in the treatment of infertility due to hypogonadotropic amenorrhea

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of urinary gonadotropin (HMG),human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) combined with artificial cycle therapy in the treatment of infertility caused by low gonadotropin amenorrhea.Methods A total of 120 cases of infertility caused by low gonadotropin amenorrhea treated in our hospital from November 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group used conventional artificial cycle.The treatment group was treated with HMG,HCG combined with artificial cycle therapy. The pregnancy success rate,endometrial thickness,uterine volume,ovarian volume,dominant follicles,and hormone levels were compared between the two groups. Results The pregnancy success rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the endometrial thickness,uterine volume,and ovarian volume in the treatment group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The dominant follicles in the treatment group were more than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the hormone level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The administration of HMG and HCG combined with artificial cycle therapy for infertility patients caused by low gonadotropin amenorrhea has significant effect,which can effectively increase the thickness of the endometrium,uterine volume and the number of dominant follicles,and improve hormone levels,thereby increasing the success rate of pregnancy,have high clinical application value and are worth promoting.
