Abstract:[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application effect of laparoscopicminimally invasive surgery in patients with appendicitis. Methods Seventy patients with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35)according to the random number table method. The control group used open appendectomy, and the observation group used laparoscopic appendectomy. The anus exhaust time, bedtime activity time, hospital stay, inflammatory factor levels before and after surgery, and clinical treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The anal exhaust time, bedtime activity and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of wound infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1 day after operation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 85.71% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopicminimally invasive surgery can shorten the patients′ anal exhaust time, bedtime and hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of postoperative wound infection and the expression of inflammatory factors, and improve the treatment effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
