睾丸混合性生殖细胞肿瘤1例报道并文献复习

摘要睾丸混合性生殖细胞肿瘤（TMGCT）是一种十分罕见且恶性程度较高的肿瘤，多是年轻人发病，症状隐匿，在临床中容易误诊及漏诊。现报道1 例TMGCT，并结合文献对该肿瘤的临床特征、诊断、治疗进行分析，以期提高对TMGCT 的全面认识，从而选择更合理的治疗方法，提高患者的生存率。

Abstract：Testicular mixed germ cell tumor(TMGCT)is very rare and highly malignant tumor,which mostly occurs in young people,with concealed symptoms,and is easily misdiagnosed and underdiagnosed in clinical practice.One case of TMGCT is reported,and the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment are analyzed in correlation with literature in order to improve the overall understanding of TMGCT,so as to choose a more reasonable treatment method and to enhance the survival rate of patients.
