Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated operation of supply room and operating room in surgical instrument management.Methods Our hospital implemented the integrated operation of supply room and operating room from January to December 2017.The management of the operating room equipment and the working hours of the medical staff before and after the operation of the model were compared.Results After the integrated operation of the supply room and the operating room,the qualified clearance rate and qualified rate of the surgical instruments were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the integrated operation of the supply room and the operating room,the working time of the operating room and the supply room were shorter than those before the implementation,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After the integrated operation in the supply room and the operating room,the washing and packaging quality scores of the staff were higher than before the implementation,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The integrated operation of the supply room and the operating room can improve the management quality of the surgical instruments and reduce the working hours of the operating room staff.
