Abstract:Objective To investigate the operation and nursing measures of operating room for thoracoscopic esophageal cancer radical resection.Methods One hundred patients with thoracoscopic esophageal cancer who underwent surgery from August 2016 to January 2818 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group was intervened by high quality nursing measures.The anxiety and depression status(SAS)score,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life(SF-36)score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results SAS scores after nursing in both groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,the SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 60%,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96%,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higherthan that in the control group (P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the two groups after nursing was significantly higher than that before nursing (P<0.05).The SF-36 score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Active and effective operation room nursing combined with thoracoscopic esophageal cancer radical surgery can improve the curative effect,relieve the depression and anxiety of patients,improve the postoperative quality of life,and improve the care of patients and their families.Satisfaction,paving the way for a good relationship between nurses and patients,is worth promoting.
