Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of routine urine test in the diagnosis of kidney diseases. Methods A total of 200 patients with suspected kidney disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study objects, all patients were diagnosed by routine urine test and microscopic examination. The red blood cell (RBC) count, morphological classification, occult blood test, renal tubular epithelial cell (REP) detection, urine protein qualitative test, sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were compared. Results RBC count and RBC deformation in routine urine test were higher than those in microscope test, RBC homogeneity was lower than that in microscope test, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The >4/HP RBC count, positive rates of occult blood test and REP in routine urine test were higher than those in microscope test, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The urinary protein qualitative test of routine urine test was higher than that of microscope test, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of routine urine tests were higher than those of microscope tests, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Routine urine test has a higher application value in the diagnosis of kidney diseases, and can accurately detect RBC count, RBC deformation, and RBC uniformity, and the results of occult blood test, REP test and qualitative urine protein test are more obvious, and have higher sensitivity And specificity can provide a reference for clinical treatment.
