Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of predictive risk management and nursing in pediatric nursing management.Methods A total of 250 patients with pediatrics from April 2016 to May 2018 were selected as study objects.According to the method of drawing lots,they were divided into observation group (125 cases) and control group (125 cases).The control group was received routine nursing,and the observation group was used predictive risk management nursing,the nursing total satisfaction,risk incidence and quality of nursing scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(88.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing risk in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than that in the control group (12.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The quality of nursing scores for critically ill patients,ward management score and basic nursing quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive risk management in pediatric nursing can reduce the risk of pediatric nursing,and the clinical application and promotion value is high.
