Abstract:Objective To analyze of irrational application of pediatric antimicrobial in our hospital to provide a reliable basis for promoting the rational use of antimicrobial drugs.Methods A total of 1000 children with antimicrobial drugs treated outpatient department of pediatrics or inpatient department in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected,the prescriptions of antimicrobial drugs for 1000 pediatric patients were reviewed,the irrational use of antimicrobial drugs was counted,the reasons for irrational use of antimicrobial drugs were analyzed and targeted pharmaceutical intervention measures were conducted.Results 1692 pediatric prescriptions were prescribed in 1000 pediatric patients,there were 34 prescriptions for irrational use of antibiotics,and it accounted for 2.01%.The reasons for the irrational use of antibacterials include the time of administration is unreasonable,unreasonable dosage,drug treatment unreasonable,no clear sign medication,drug compatibility unreasonable,the choice of solvents unreasonable,and the occupation ratio was 11.76%,5.88%,14.71%,17.65%,41.18%,8.82%respectively.Conclusion The application of antimicrobial agents in department of pediatrics,there are still many unreasonable applications,it is necessary to understand the causes of irrational use of antimicrobial drugs in the clinic,and rational drug intervention measures should be implemented to promote rational use of antibacterial drugs in department of pediatrics.
