Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of He-Ne laser irradiation on incision fat liquefaction after inguinal hernia surgery. Methods A total of 40 patients with incision fat liquefaction after inguinal hernia repair in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional dressing change. The observation group was treated with He-Ne laser irradiation on the basis of routine dressing change. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared, and the wound healing time and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the healing time of incision in the observation group was (6.20±2.35) d,which was shorter than that in the control group (9.25±3.24) d,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00% (19/20),which was higher than that of the control group 80.00% (16/20),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion He-Ne laser irradiation in the treatment of incision fat liquefaction after inguinal hernia surgery can achieve good results, promote the healing of incision and improve patient satisfaction.
