Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention in patients with macular edema. Methods A total of 70 patients with macular edema admitted to our hospital from June 20,2015 to May 20,2017 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group by envelope grouping scheme, with 35 cases in each group. All patients were given intravitreal injection therapy, the routine group was given the general nursing plan and the experimental group was given early nursing intervention, the nursing effects of patients of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in SAS score between the two groups before nursing (P<0.05).After nursing, the SAS score of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the SAS score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the routine group after nursing, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the quality of life scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention for macular edema patients is convenient to achieve good clinical application effect, has a higher safety, and is convenient to improve the daily life quality of patients.
