Abstract:Objective To explore the role of nursing risk quality management in controlling the hospital feeling of ICU inpatients. Methods A total of 138 ICU inpatients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research object,69 patients from February to July 2017 were taken as the control group, and 69 patients from August 2017 to February 2018 were taken as the observation group, and nursing risk quality management was adopted. The ICU infection rate, hand hygiene compliance rate,ICU department environment and effect monitoring were compared between the two groups. Results The ICU infection rate of patients in the observation group was 1.45%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group (10.14%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.777,P=0.029).The hand hygiene compliance rate of the nursing staff in the observation group before and after contact with patients was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the hand hygiene compliance rate of the two groups of nursing staff before aseptic operation was not statistically significant compared with that of blood and liquid exposure(P>0.05).The qualified rate of environment and effect test in ICU department of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality management of nursing risk starts with the training of nursing staff, the attention of hand hygiene, aseptic operation and ICU indoor environment. It is flexible to take effective training on infection knowledge, improve the management system, and effectively control the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
