Abstract：Objective To investigate the use status of second psychotropic drugs in our hospital and evaluate the rationality of its clinical use.Methods The frequency of drug use(DDDs)and drug utilization index(DUI)as the index,combined with the basic information of patients(including age,gender,diagnosis,liver and kidney function and so on),the use of second psychotropic drugs of our hospital in July 2017 were counted and analyzed.Results The second psychotropic drugs with high use frequency were Clonazepam Tablets,Lorazepam Tablets and Oxazepam Tablets,the DUI value of Oxazepam Tablets was significantly greater than 1.0,the DUI values of the 10 other second psychotropic drugs were less than or equal to 1.0.Conclusion The use of second psychotropic drugs in our ward is basically reasonable,but some varieties have abuse.So we need to further strengthen the management and realize the standardization of its clinical use.
