Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of hand forward extension,ball-holding and sleep posture in thoracic surgery.MethodsA total of 186 cases of thoracic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the hand extension group,the ball holding group and the sleep group with 62 cases in each group by random number table method.Patients in the hand stretching group used both hands to stretch forward and put the posture,patients in the ball holding group used the ball holding posture,and patients in the sleep type group used the sleep type posture.The placement time,operation time and postoperative complications of the three groups of operation positions were compared,and the satisfaction of the staff participating in the placement was evaluated from the perspectives of labor saving and convenient operation.Results The placement time and operation time were the shortest in the sleep-posture group,followed by the ball-holding group,and the longest time was displayed in the hand-protraction group with statistical significance among the three groups(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications was the lowest in the sleep-posture group,followed by the ball-holding group,and the highest incidence was in the hand-protraction group,which were displayed significant differences among the three groups (P<0.05).The satisfaction of labor saving and convenience on sleep-posture by the staff was highest,followed by the ball-holding group,worst in the hand-protraction group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Among the three kinds of posture placement methods,the sleep group patients′posture has the best effect in chest surgery and is worth popularizing.
