Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical value of risk management in patients with skin defect and skin flap repair.MethodsFrom November 2015 to November 2017,70 patients with skin defect and skin flap were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,35 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group. The observation group was given risk management. The ADL quality of life score, hospitalization time, incidence of adverse events and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe scores of ADL quality of life in the observation group were higher than before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ADL quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe risk management can improve their life quality, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the adverse event rate and increase the clinical effective rate.It is worth to be widely applied in clinical practice.
