Abstract:ObjectiveA comparative study of the effects of screening for heel blood in neonatal disease screening under two postures.MethodsA total of 200 healthy newborns born in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly selected. All newborns were screened for heel blood collection disease.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (n=100)and observation group (n=100).The control group was used the traditional heel blood supine position, the observation group was used arms make a head low to high neonatal heel blood collection, analysis of the two groups of blood collection results.ResultsThe blood spot diameter of the observation group was greater than that of the control group, and the blood collection time was shorter than that of the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).The success rate of blood sampling in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The incidence of heel blood stasis was lower in the observation group than in the control group. The heel pressure was lesser than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The puncture heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).The limb movement, facial expression pain scores, voice performance pain of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the screening of neonatal diseases heel blood collection.the use of hand-wounding method makes the neonatal head high and low position blood collection effect is good, and the clinical application value is higher.
