Abstract:Objective To comprehensive analyze the clinical effects of different blue light irradiation methods in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods A total of 108 cases of jaundice in children were selected from December 2014 to December 2016 treated in our hospital, and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method of different blue light irradiation,54 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and effects on liver function(total bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase),cytokine(C-reactive Protein, transferrin)were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in liver function and cytokine levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the level of liver function and cytokine in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice is significantly better than that of the continuous blue light irradiation.
