Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of nursing intervention in the early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis with tissue factor pathway inhibitors(TFPI)and procalcitonin. Methods A total of 120 children with septicemia in our hospital were selected from January 2015 to December 2016.These participants were equally divided into two groups:observation group and control group by computer randomization,60 cases in each group. In the two groups,TFPI combined procalcitonin was performed for diagnosis. In the observation group, nursing intervention in the process of diagnosis was adopted, while in the control group, routine care was used. The improvement time of symptoms, hospital stay, satisfaction, and performance score in the two groups were compared. Results The score of performance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than compared with those in the control group, which were displayed statistical significance(P<0.05).Satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of the implementation of TFPI combined with procalcitonin for the early diagnosis of children with sepsis, nursing intervention obtains a remarkable effect.
