Abstract:The ICU ward is the ward of offering the critical patients the comprehensive treatment and nursing interventions, and most of the patients are in critical condition.Due to the specificity of ICU ward,a few of patients will have the drug resistance during the long-term medication, among them, the infection rate of Gram-positive coccus is high. The difficulty of the clinical treatment will be increased as long as the ICU patients are associated with the Gram-positive coccus infection.Linezolid is the artificially synthesized oxazolidinone antibacterial agents, which it is commonly applied in Gram-positive coccus infection. This article reviews the research progress of Linezolid in ICU with Gram-positive coccus infection.
