医养结合养老模式在老年冠心病患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨医养结合养老模式在老年冠心病患者中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月～2016年12月我院收治的80例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字法将其分为观察组与对照组，每组各40例。对照组患者实施常规养老模式，观察组患者实施医养结合养老模式。比较两组患者的单月生活费用及医疗费用，比较两组随访期间出现的内科相关疾病、死亡率及严重并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的单月生活费用及医疗费用均显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的高血压、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、糖尿病及高脂血症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。随访1年，观察组患者的死亡率及严重并发症发生率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论医养结合养老模式正逐步成为一种新型有效的医疗养老模式，可有效减少患者的生活及医疗费用，减少并发症，延长患者的生存时间。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical value of pension pattern of integrated treatment and convalesce in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to randow number table method,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were underwent routine pension pattern,the observation group were implemented with pattern of integrated treatment and convalesce.The monthly living expenses and medical expenses were compared between the two groups.The incidence of medical related diseases,mortality and serious complications during the follow up period between the two groups were compared.Results The monthly living expenses and medical expenses in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of hypertension,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,diabetes and hyperlipidemia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 1 year follow-up,the rates of death and serious complication were significantly lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The pension pattern of integrated treatment and convalesce is gradually new and effective mode medical care for the elderly,which can effectively reduce the living and medical expenses of patients and reduce the complications and prolong the survival time.
