Abstract：The incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)is increasing rapidly in women of childbearing age,and most of them are accompanied by insulin resistance(IR).Professor WANG Guo-hua believed that nowadays,the change of lifestyle and the increase of women′s working pressure make spleen asthenia and qi depression become the key reasons for the onset of PCOS-IR.According to professor WANG Guo-hua clinical experience,due to syndrome differentiation,treatment for this,the effect of treating PCOS-IR starting with mediating zhongzhou is exact,and it has important guiding significance for treating PCOS with traditional Chinese Medicine.
