Abstract:Objective To explore the applied effect of transmission adjustable appliance in teeth micromaxillary deformity correction. Methods 80 dentognathic deformity patients from January 2013 to December 2014 of our hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,and each group was 40 cases.Patients in experimental group were treated with transmission adjustable appliance,and patients in control group were treated with treatment esrtuary bow.The treatment sustained time and serious index in two groups were compared and counted. Results The therapy effect in experimental group was better than that of control group.The treatment sustained time in experimental group and control group was respectively(13.22±1.01)months and(21.1±1.69)months(t=12.145, P<0.05).The width of maxillary first premolar and gap were respectively(41.25±1.24)mm and(55.22±1.35)mm,which were better than that were(36.51±2.01)mm and(52.33±1.21)mm in control group(t=12.236,P<0.05;t=12.584,P<0.05).All of the above had statistical significance(t=11.652,P<0.05). Conclusion Using transmission adjustable appliance in teeth micromaxillary deformity correction can decrease the treatment cycle and increase treatment effect.It is worth to popularize.
