Aesthetic effect of zirconia crown on the anterior tooth

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical results of zirconia crown on the anterior tooth. Methods 100 cases （235 anterior teeth）of anterior tooth restoration in our hospital,According to the use of different materials,Divided into observation group（50 cases,106 anterior teeth）and control group（50 cases,129 anterior teeth）.The control group was dental restoration with nickel-chromium alloy-porcelain crown,The observation group was dental restoration with zirconia single crowns,evaluate comprehensively the clinical efficacy and safety of zirconia all-ceramic anterior crowns with nickel chromium alloy porcelain crown for the restoration of the front teeth. Results The observation group of satisfaction rate was 100％,and control group of satisfaction rate was 79.1％.The observation group not change of color,the control group color change incidence rate was 23.3％,differences between the two groups（P＜0.01）. The observation group of gingivitis incidence rate was 18.9％,the control group was 45.0％,observation group than that of control group（P＜0.01）.There is no gap between the patients in the observation group and the abutment teeth,the edge of the edge is in a level,observation group than that of control group（P＜0.01）or（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Porcelain-veneered zirconia single crown contribute to the aesthetic of the anterior teeth.
