Abstract:Objective To explore the esthetic effect of combination of personalized all-ceramic abutment and all-ceramic crowns restoration in the anterior dental implant restoration. Methods Altogether 72 cases of patients with anterior teeth loss(a total of 80 implants were placed)who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were involved as the object of this research and divided into the observation group(37 cases,40 pieces)and the control group (35 cases,40 pieces)according to their selection after informed consent. The observation group was given combination of personalized all-ceramic abutment and all-ceramic crowns restoration, the control group was given personalized titanium abutment conbined with all-ceramic crowns restoration. The gingival index, plaque index and pink esthetic score(PES) at postoperative 1 week,3 months and 6 months of the two groups were compared. Results The gingival index and plaque index of the observation group at 3 and 6 months after operation was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group at 3 and 6 months after operation was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In contrast with the titanium abutment, the personalized all-ceramic abutment achieves more significant clinical effect in dental restoration, which is more suitable for patients.
