Abstract:Objective To explore the concentration change and clinical meaning of DD,BNP,TnI and CRP in acute pulmonary embolism(APE) patients. Methods 56 APE patients from June 2013 to June 2015 of our hospital were selected as experimental group, and 50 healthy examined people at the same period of physical examination center were selected as control group. The concentration of DD,BNP,TnI and CRP was compared respectively. After treatment for 2 weeks, the concentration of DD,BNP,TnI and CRP in APE patients were compared with experimental group. Results The concentration of DD,BNP,TnI and CRP in experimental group was higher than that of control group respectively, and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.01).The concentration of DD,BNP,TnI and CRP in experimental group was higher than that of effectively treatment group respectively, and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.01).The concentration mean value of DD,BNP,TnI and CRP in experimental group was higher than that of ineffective treatment group respectively, while the difference between two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination detection the concentration of DD,BNP,TnI and CRP has great clinical meaning for diagnosis, condition judgment, effective evaluation and prognosis development of patients.
