Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of midazolam combined dezocine continuous infusion for sedation in ICU mechanical ventilation. Methods 44 patients who were admitted to ICU and selected mechanical ventilation in our hospital from May 2014 to July 2015 were taken as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,22 cases in each group. The patients of two groups were treated with the midazolam while in the study group,on the basis of the treatment, they were treated with the dezocine. Two groups of patients before treatment and 6,12 h and 24 h HR(heart rate),OI(oxygen index),MAP(mean arterial pressure),ramsay score, sedation to achieve the desired effect of the time and the time after withdrawal of the patient′s recovery were observed, compared and adversed reactions occurred during sedation were recorded. Results The sedation of two groups can achieve satisfactory results,in the period of sedation in 44 patients with HR,OI and MAP the relative ratio were significantly improved than before treatment. In the study group, the time of sedation and the recovery time were significantly shorter, and the respiratory depression was lower than that of control group (P<0.05);the adverse reaction in the control group was higher than that of study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The midazolam sedation with dezocine intravenous infusion for ICU patients requiring mechanical ventilation, which not only the effect is good, but also is more favorable to maintain the stability of hemodynamics, which can enhance the safety of ICU mechanical ventilation, and the effect of sedation is better.
