Abstract：Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic elastography technique in the diagnosis of breast benign and malignant lesions.Methods 100 breast lesions patients in our hospital from May 2013 to June 2014 were selected as study object，all patients were diagnosed by ultrasound elastography technique and compared with operation pathology. The sensitivity，specificity and accuracy of the ultrasound elastography technique were analyzed，and the score of benign and malignant ultrasound elastography was compared.Results The sensitivity，specificity and accuracy of the ultrasound elastography technique was 95.38%，88.57%and 93.00%respectively，compared with operation pathology diagnosis，there was no significant difference （P＞0.05）.The ultrasonic elastography score of breast benign lesions was lower than that of breast malignant lesion，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography technique has higher diagnosis value for breast benign and malignant lesions，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
