介入治疗对冠心病合并左心功能不全患者心功能的影响

摘要目的探讨介入治疗对冠心病合并左心功能不全患者心功能的影响。方法选取2012年1月～2015年6月本院收治的69例冠心病合并左心功能不全患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法的不同分为常规组（32例）和介入组（37例）。常规组采用常规药物治疗，介入组采用介入治疗。比较两组治疗前与治疗后6个月的左心功能指标、心功能分级及治疗期间的并发症情况。结果两组治疗后的LVDs和LVDd指标显著低于治疗前，FS和LVEF指标显著高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。介入组治疗后的LVDs和LVDd指标显著低于常规组治疗后，FS和LVEF指标显著高于常规组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。介入组治疗后心功能Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级的人数显著多于常规组，Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级的例数显著少于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组的并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论介入治疗可显著改善冠心病合并左心功能不全患者的心功能，且并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of interventional therapy on heart function of coronary heart disease patients with left cardiac function insufficiency.Methods 69 coronary heart disease patients with left cardiac function insufficiency from January 2012 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the routine group（32 cases）and the interventional group　（37 cases）according to different treatment method.The routine group was treated with routine drug，the interventional group was treated with interventional therapy.The left heart function index，heart function classification before treatment and after treatment for 6 months，complication during treatment was compared in the two groups.Results The index of LVDs and LVDd after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment，the index of FS and LVEF after treatment in the two groups was higher than that before treatment，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.The index of LVDs and LVDd after treatment in the interventional group was lower than that after treatment in the routine group，the index of FS and LVEF after treatment in the interventional group was higher than that after treatment in the routine group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The number of cardiac function with grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ in the intervention group was more than that in the routine group，the number of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ in the interventional group was less than that in the routine group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complication between the two groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Interventional therapy can obvious improve the heart function of coronary heart disease patients with left cardiac function insufficiency，and with less complication，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
