Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the pu1monary function and qua1ity of 1ife of patients with chronic obstructive pu1monary disease.Methods A tota1 of 131 patients with COPD were se1ected from October 2014 to October 2015 in our hospita1，a11 patients were random1y divided into contro1 group（n=65）and observation group （n=66），the contro1 group received routine nursing care，the observation group received continuous nursing intervention.The pu1monary function and qua1ity of 1ife were compared between two groups after 3 months of discharged.Results Patients in observation with 1ung function indexes of FEV1，MMEF and FVC were significant1y higher than that of contro1 group，with siginificant difference（P＜0.05）.The qua1ity of 1ife socres（QOL-100）in the fie1d of socia1，physio1ogica1 and psycho1ogica1 the was higher than that of contro1 group，with siginificant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The continuous nursing intervention has good nursing effect on patients with chronic obstructive pu1monary disease，can effective1y improve 1ung function and qua1ity of 1ife，simp1e and easy to imp1ement，and is worthy of c1inica1 app1ication.
