Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the responsibility system nursing teaching mode on the teaching of nursing students,and in order to further improve the teaching effect of nursing students.Methods A total of 81 nursing students in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received the functional teaching mode,and the observation group received the responsibility system nursing teaching mode.The clinical knowledge and self evaluation results were compared between two groups.Results The theoretical examination,clinical practice,medical records,nursing patient communication,disease assessment and the total scores in the observation group after graduate from department were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self evaluation results of nursing students in observation group were better than those of in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility system nursing teaching mode can ensure the nursing students in practice to master more solid clinical theory knowledge and skills in the process,improve nursing students′sense of self-identity and the quality of nursing teaching,it is simple and worth of clinical popularizing.
