Abstract：Medical consumables play an irreplaceable role in the whole medical system.In order to ensure the security use of medical staff and patients，and avoid waste because of the improper management loss，it is particularly important to manage the effect lasted effective and scientific.According to the effective material management practices，the problems that exist in the material effect lasted management were found out and hospital information system was combined with the function of leading data export Excel and could clearly see that all the recent consumables and failure consumables in Excel.The confirmation table of effect lasted consumables was made and identity management was conducted to realize effect lasted consumables management standardization，which not only decrease labour intensity，enhance management effective，but also avoid the phenomenon of payment consumables past due or will be due to medical personnel or patients strict.
