Abstract：Objective To study and explore the impact of general nursing care on community health level.Methods Patients who accepted general nursing care in our community from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as study group，and patients who did not accept general nursing care in our community from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected as control group.100 patients were selected from each group.Patients in control group were only given routine nursing，and patients in observation group were given general nursing care.After nursing，patients′quality of the whole nursing work and satisfaction degree，the recurrence or deterioration of the original disease were detailed recorded，statistical analyzed and compared by the form of questionnaire.Results The nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patientsthatresponded from the patients in observation group were obvious higher than that of control group，and the difference was statistical significance compared between two groups （P＜0.05）；Comparison the recurrence or deterioration of the original disease in two groups showed that 5 patients occurred disease recurrence or deterioration in observation group and the incidence rate was 5%，22 patients occurred disease recurrence or deterioration in control group and the incidence rate was 22%，the incidence rate in observation group was obvious lower than that of control group，and the difference was statistical significance when compared between the two groups（P＜0.05）.Conclusion General nursing care as a new type of nursing care model，which can obvious enhance the nursing quality for the community patients and with higher satisfaction of patients，improve the overall health level of the community in a large extent and is worth to widely popularize and application in clinical.
