Abstract：Objective To explore B-Lynch decompression joint mother yan pei treatment of intractable hemorrhage in cesarean section of clinical nursing measures and effect analysis.Methods From October 2013 to April 2016，105 parturients of modified B-Lynch suture technique for joint carboprost tromethamine injection for the treatment of intractable hemorrhage in cesarean section maternal in our hospital and randomly divided into control group （51 cases）and the experimental group （54 cases），on the application of conventional nursing and comparing the effect of comprehensive nursing research.Results The patients with operation time，postpartum blood loss，hospital stay were significantly better than that of control group，the uterus resection rate and rate of intraoperative and postoperative blood transfusion were significantly lower than that of control group，blood transfusion amount significantly less than that of control group，with the statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention was applied to improved BLynch decompression joint carboprost tromethamine injection repeatedly for the treatment of intractable hemorrhage in cesarean section is ideal，It is worth promoting.
