Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of high quality nursing intervention in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients.Methods 120 NAFLD patients treated from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The observation group took the high quality nursing;the control group took the conventional nursing;the clinical effect for two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group(81.67%)was higher than that of control group(63.33%);the index of body mass,Alanine transaminase,cholesterol,triglyceride for observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing can efficiently reduce the body weight and blood fat and prevent the deterioration of fatty liver disease and help the patients to develop a good living habit.
