优质护理在非酒精性脂肪肝患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨优质护理对非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月～2016年3月就诊于我院的120例非酒精性脂肪肝患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例，观察组给予优质护理，对照组给予常规护理，对比两组的护理疗效。结果观察组总有效率为81.67%，高于对照组的63.33%，观察组体质量指数、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、胆固醇、三酰甘油均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论优质护理不仅可以有效减轻体重、降低血脂、防止脂肪肝的进一步恶化，还可以帮助患者养成良好的生活习惯。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of high quality nursing intervention in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients.Methods 120 NAFLD patients treated from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups，60 cases in each group.The observation group took the high quality nursing；the control group took the conventional nursing；the clinical effect for two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group（81.67%）was higher than that of control group（63.33%）；the index of body mass，Alanine transaminase，cholesterol，triglyceride for observation group was lower than that of control group　（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The high quality nursing can efficiently reduce the body weight and blood fat and prevent the deterioration of fatty liver disease and help the patients to develop a good living habit.
