Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of shenkang injection combined with colon dialysismachine retention enema on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy chronic renal failure.M ethods 50 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy chronic renal failure from January 2012 to December 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Eligible patientswere given conventional treatment，the treatment group of 24 patients given shenkang injection combined with colon dialysismachine retention enema；the control group of 26 patients given uric poisonous clear grain，1 bag/time，3 times a day.The kidney function before and after treatmentwas observed.Results The urea nitrogen（BUN），serum creatinine（Cr），creatinine clearance rate（Ccr）after treatment in two groups were improved compared with before，and the treatment group were better than those in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Shenkang injection combined colon dialysismachine retention enema treatment of chronic renal failure curative is remarkably，and can delay the progress of DN chronic renal failure.
