丙戊酸钠、托吡酯与左乙拉西坦治疗儿童癫痫的疗效与安全性研究

摘要目的评价丙戊酸钠、托吡酯与左乙拉西坦单药治疗儿童癫痫的疗效及安全性。方法选择2015年6～12月在我院癫痫专科门诊新诊断及治疗的癫痫患儿150例，将其随机分为三组，每组50例，分别给予丙戊酸钠（A组）、托吡酯（B组）与左乙拉西坦（C组）单药治疗并随访，记录患儿的癫痫发作情况，观察三组药物治疗的疗效及不良反应。结果 A组治疗总有效率为88.0%，B组为84.0%，C组为86.0%，三组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。A组不良反应发生率为28.0%，B组为30.0%，C组为26.0%，三组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论丙戊酸钠、托吡酯与左乙拉西坦单药治疗儿童癫痫的疗效及安全性无明显差异。

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the single drug efficacy and safety of valproic acid sodium，topiramate and levetiracetam in treating epilepsy in children.Methods 150 cases of children with epilepsy who were new diagnosised and treated in outpatient service of epileptic specialized object in our hospital from June to December 2015，were randomly divided into three groups，50 cases in each group，respectively given valproate acid sodium（group A），topiramate（group B）and levetiracetam （group C）.The seizures，curative effect and adverse reaction of the three groups of drug treatment were recorded and observed.Results The total effective rate of group A was 88.0%；group B was 84.0%；group C was 86.0%.There was no statistically significant difference among the three groups（P＞0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 28.0%，30.0%in group B，and 26.0%in group C，there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Valproate acid sodium，topiramate and levetiracetam in monotherapy has no difference between the efficacy and safety of children epilepsy.
