Abstract：Objective To explore the application effects of levofloxacin combined with tinidazole in treating pelvic infection.Methods 52 pelvic infection patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were treated.All patients were given routine treatment and randomly divided into control group and observation group，26 in each group. Patients in control group were given tinidazole，and patients in observation group were given levofloxacin combined with tinidazole.The treatment effects between two groups were compared.Results The effective rate in control group and observation group were respectively 73.1%and 92.3%，the difference between two groups was statistical difference（P＜0.05）.Before treatment，the C-reactive protein content between two groups had no obvious difference（P＞0.05）；After treatment，the C-reactive protein content in two groups decreased，and the C-reactive protein content in observation group was more obvious，and the difference was obvious compared with control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with tinidazole in treatment of pelvic inflammatory effect significantly，can effectively improve the clinical symptoms，it is worthy of popularization and application.
