Effects evaluation of low dose cyclosporine and danazol combination in treatment chronic aplastic anemia

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of low dose cyclosporine and danazol combination in treatment chronic aplastic anemia.Methods 46 accepted treatment chronic aplastic anemia patients from July 2005 to January 2015 of our hospital were selected as study object.Patients were divided into control group and observation group（n=23）according to random number table.Patients in control group were given oral administration standard dose cyclosporine and danazol，patients in observation group were given oral administration low dose cyclosporine and danazol.The blood situation before and after treatment，onset time，treatment effective rate and the incidence rate of adverse effects after treatment in two groups were compared.Results After treatment，the index of PLT，Hb and WBC in two groups obvious improved compared with before treatment；The effective rate between observation group and control group had no obvious difference（P＞0.05）；The onset time between two groups had no obvious difference（P＞0.05）；The incidence rate of adverse effects in observation group was 21.74%，obvious lower than that was 56.52%in control group，and the difference was statistical dignificance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Using low dose cyclosporine and danazol combination in treatment chronic aplastic anemia can obvious decrease the treatment adverse effects，decrease the incidence rate of adverse effects and with obvious effects.It is suitable to popularize in clinic.
